Professional Photography and Videography Services

The agency is seeking professional photography and videography services to capture, edit, and produce digital photos and videos at various properties and events within the agency area. The selected vendor must plan, shoot, and deliver high-resolution images and videos on a mutually agreeable schedule and in a style discussed in advance of each assignment. Agency staff may request planning meetings via phone, virtual platforms, or in-person to discuss project details, shot lists, production schedules, and final deliverables. The scope of work requires the vendor to provide all necessary photography, video, sound recording, and lighting equipment for shoots. The final photos and videos must be formatted for viewing on YouTube, Vimeo, websites, other digital platforms, and for projection during in-person events. Post-production tasks include editing, incorporating agency logos and basic graphics, securing music usage rights, sharing digital files, and granting the agency rights to reuse and print all files and raw footage for future projects at no additional fee. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States, and all performance of the work must take place onsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for one year.
