Promotional Items Supplies

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide high-quality promotional items and supplies. These materials will support the agency's branding, engagement, recruitment, and community outreach efforts. The contract period for this procurement will span two years. The scope of work covers a wide variety of promotional products across multiple categories. Requested apparel items include t-shirts, polos, button-down shirts, cardigans, outerwear, athletic wear, hats, ties, lapel pins, and socks. Auto accessories such as key tags, key lights, flashlights, ice scrapers, sunshades, in-car first-aid kits, and license plate frames are also required. The agency requires awards including trophies, plaques, paper weights, lapel pins, and certificate covers. Requested bags encompass totes, backpacks, drawstrings, gift bags, shopping bags, and coolers. Computer and phone accessories must include mouse pads, Bluetooth or wireless speakers, power banks, and earbuds. Drinkware requirements include coffee cups, travel mugs, plastic cups, water bottles, and coasters. Event materials must cover table covers, tabletop displays, floor displays, table tents, draping, and balloons. Required office accessories include pens, pencils, highlighters, magnetic clips, memo pads, notepads, sticky notes, accessory organizers, padfolios, journals, lanyards, badge holders, and USB flash drives. Outdoor and sporting items must include pennants, yoga mats, beach balls, beach towels, frisbees or disc golf items, stadium blankets, umbrellas, bicycle accessories, hand fans, weather ponchos, and dog collars or leashes. Wellness and safety products must cover first-aid kits, hand sanitizers, lip balm, sunscreen, sunglasses, pedometers, and buttons. Miscellaneous novelty items such as stickers, decals, challenge coins, key holders, magnets, and manipulatives like stress balls, fidget spinners, and pop-its are also required. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 23, 2026.
