Community Healthcore is seeking a vendor to provide monthly grant research, writing, and compliance services for a fixed monthly fee. The agency needs to identify and secure funding sources to support its operations and ensure compliance with all grant reporting requirements. The selected vendor will solve this problem by delivering ongoing, structured grant support and tracking deadlines in cooperation with the agency. The scope of work requires the vendor to research and present eight to ten eligible local, foundation, and regional grant opportunities each month. The vendor must apply for up to two federal grant opportunities per four-month period and apply for state, local, and foundation grants as mutually agreed upon. Additionally, the vendor must assist with the agency's required reporting for these grants and ensure all submissions meet deadlines. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026.
