The Housing Authority of the City of Paterson, New Jersey, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive life safety and security system services. The agency requires inspection, testing, and maintenance for its fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and fire extinguishers. Additionally, the selected provider must maintain and repair the agency's security systems. The scope of work also includes central station monitoring for fire detection, fire suppression, security, and elevator emergency telephone systems. The provider must supply a toll-free number for all alarm system dialers to report alarms to the monitoring center. The agency also requires web-based access to all alarm monitoring accounts for its staff. Eligible bidders must be organizations based in the United States. The performance of the contract will take place both onsite in Paterson and offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing for these services. The contract period will span three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026.
