Printing Supplemental Service

The Illinois Department of Transportation in Springfield, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for the book of supplemental specifications and recurring special provisions adopted January 1, 2027. The agency requires the production of exactly 16,000 books printed on 50-pound recycled offset paper. To facilitate handling and distribution, the selected vendor must package the completed books in boxes containing no more than 50 books per box. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
