Building Automation System Maintenance Service

The government authority located in West Sacramento, California is seeking a contractor to provide building automation system maintenance services. The agency needs to ensure the continuous functionality, communication, and security of its facility systems. The selected contractor will diagnose network communications, identify failure points, and inspect, test, and diagnose supervisory control and field panels. The scope of work requires the contractor to verify that the most current version of the Siemens Tritium system is installed, updating it and performing any necessary software patching as required. The contractor must inspect the Siemens Tritium system for issues and test it to ensure clear communication between the computer and other circuit boards. Additionally, the contractor will inspect Variable Air Volume controller status, verify power supply voltage is free of transient noise or grounding issues, and check controller boards, connectors, and terminals for overheating or corrosion. The contractor must also inspect the carrier unit to ensure intact communication and proper temperature monitoring. Bidders must be located onshore within the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all maintenance work to be completed onsite at the West Sacramento facility.
