Internal Display System

The Saint Charles Convention Center Authority in Saint Charles, Missouri, is seeking a vendor to modernize its internal digital communications and guest-facing displays. The agency needs to improve attendee wayfinding, streamline event information distribution, and establish a scalable, enterprise-grade digital signage infrastructure. This project aims to improve operational efficiency through centralized administration and enable new advertising and sponsorship opportunities. The scope of work requires the delivery of an internal display system featuring centralized, cloud-based content management that integrates directly with event scheduling and management systems. The system must support dynamic multimedia content, including video, social media feeds, event schedules, weather, and announcements. Additionally, the selected vendor must provide long-term support, monitoring, and maintenance for the entire digital signage network. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency permits the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals to define the budget, as the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the cost. The agency requires all questions regarding this opportunity to be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
