The government authority located in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audio and visual services. The agency needs to equip rooms with specific video, audio, lighting, and power systems to support its operations. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. The required video specifications per room include video wall processors, a robotic camera package, a Blackmagic or equivalent video switcher package, and all necessary LED and SDI cabling. For the audio setup, the agency requires a thirty-two channel digital console, a thirty-two channel digital snake, a small format line array for audio delays, a complete microphone package, and a microphone stand package. The lighting specifications per room consist of truss tower totems for special ceiling lighting and intelligent spotlights for ceiling and mood effects. To power these setups, the agency requires power distros, feeder cables with cam disconnects, and all necessary power drops for all audio, video, and lighting needs. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
