RFI for Cloud-Based Advanced Automation Contract Solution

The United States Government is seeking information to identify partners capable of providing a cloud-based advanced automation contract solution. The agency needs to track the rapidly evolving commercial software automation market and integrate Artificial Intelligence into its missions. To achieve this, the agency requires a mechanism to rapidly award new contracts that leverage these new software automation technologies. The selected partner must understand agile software services and possess the capability to procure these services to further the government's mission. The scope of work includes portfolio and vendor brokering to administer and oversee a diverse portfolio of external organizations providing labor, consultation, software capabilities, and licenses. Additionally, the agency requires continuous market research, procurement, and centralized management of Commercial Off-the-Shelf and Government Off-the-Shelf software and platform licenses. All managed performers and acquired solutions must adhere to and support a multi-classification cloud-based solution architecture. The partner will coordinate, de-conflict, and manage multiple concurrent tasks across the performer ecosystem to ensure alignment with project schedules and program objectives. The agency also requires a programmatic framework to resource and oversee external mission partners developing bespoke custom software, specifically those leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models for large-scale data processing and rapid software development. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget parameters.
