Probation Case Management Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a secure, cloud-based probation case management software solution for adult and juvenile cases. The system must manage and monitor cases while aligning with specified functional and technical requirements, including a transition to ongoing support. The agency requires a scalable system that can accommodate twice the number of users and three times the database size for at least five years. The software must support printing through the Nevada Wide Area Network and internet protocol via various printers with secured cloud-based printing to prevent third-party activity. Compatibility with multiple browsers, HTML 5 standards, and various computing platforms, including mobile devices, is required. The system must also integrate with mobile applications to allow the push and pull of data, documents, and images directly to and from offender files. The agency requires integration with current Microsoft Office versions, print-to-pdf functionality, and compatibility with industry-standard reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Visual Studios. Users must be able to search, query, and summarize data with reports that display graphs, charts, or other graphical representations. The vendor must provide up-to-date online PDF manuals, online video guides, and context-sensitive help accessible from any screen. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform the work offsite over a contract period of three years.
