Employee Health Systems

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive employee health system to support core occupational and employee health services. The required system must manage pre-placement and surveillance exams, immunization tracking, exposure and injury tracking, medical surveillance programs, respirator clearance and fit testing, compliance tracking, and related documentation. Additionally, the solution must include a fully integrated workers’ compensation case management module that supports end-to-end administrative and operational workflows, as failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification. The agency requires the system to maintain strict regulatory compliance and security, including secure access controls, audit trails, and the separation of employee health records from patient medical records. To optimize workflows, the platform must offer configurable templates, scheduling, task management, and automation features. The system must also deliver robust reporting and analytics capabilities to track demographics, job titles, work locations, risk exposure, job-specific requirements, regulatory reports, and workforce health trends. The selected system must integrate with enterprise platforms such as human resources, credentialing, learning management, and other clinical or administrative systems while maintaining data integrity. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of all work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish a contract period of one year.
