The system must utilize a single database structure compatible with all major internet browsers and capable of expanding to include satellite campuses in the future. The scope of work covers system implementation, administrator training on usage and configuration, and ongoing technical support and maintenance. The software must feature an easy-to-use custom query and report builder that does not rely on Crystal Reports, allowing staff to build queries and create custom fields without additional cost. The agency also requires clearly defined warranty information, contract length options, and defined costs for future system modifications. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years.
