Cloud-Based Enterprise Resource Planning Systems

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide cloud-based enterprise resource planning systems. The agency needs to implement an ERP system that includes software solutions and related services for public sector and education administration. This requirement covers standalone software, Software-as-a-Service, and cloud-based platforms. The requested scope of work spans human resources software, financial performance, spend, or expense management software, and accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or revenue collection solutions. It also includes procure-to-pay and contract management systems, student information systems, learning management systems, work management software, and enterprise content management or records management. Additionally, the agency requires enrollment management systems, computerized maintenance management systems, and municipal services, inspections, licensing, grants, tax, and permitting management solutions. The required services encompass hosting, cloud migration, modernization, customization, integration, implementation, installation, maintenance, and training. The selected vendor must also handle data collection, import, export and backup, record-keeping and reporting, mobile, cloud, and web-based applications or platforms, customer service, auditing, compliance, security, and technical and user support. Performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian organizations only.
