SCADA General Support and Programming

The Village is seeking an engineering consultant to provide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) general support and programming changes on an as-required basis. The selected partner will advise the Village on software and hardware options to assist with long-term planning and to support ongoing municipal operations. The scope of work covers the SCADA platform, programmable logic controller (PLC) upgrades, zone metering, residential metering, and general programming support. Only organizations based onshore in Canada are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The selected consultant will perform all contract work offsite. The Village is requesting that bidders submit a budget proposal for these services, which will span a contract period of two years. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 10, 2026. The Village will evaluate proposals to select a consultant capable of meeting these programming and planning needs.
