Library Automation System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a library automation system to streamline its services and operations. The system must be a one hundred percent web-based Software-as-a-Service platform utilizing a responsive framework that ensures full administrative and user functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. To ensure accessibility, the platform must be screen reader accessible and comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The scope of work requires an integrated registration portal for teachers of the visually impaired to manage student rosters. The agency also requires interactive dashboards for staff to surface urgent actions, including unapproved orders, overdue returns, pending student changes, or items flagged as missing. Performance of all work will occur offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will span three years.
