National Outdoor Recreation Strategy Services - Budget - 50,000 EUR

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide national outdoor recreation strategy services. The agency needs to facilitate the development of a stakeholder-led County Outdoor Recreation Plan. The selected partner will review and agree upon a communication and consultation plan, support and participate in the consultation process, and review and assess findings from both the consultation and the current strategic and external context. The agency requires the partner to agree on strategic priorities and to develop and agree on objectives and action plans for each theme. The project team must also review drafts of the plan. The agency is directing that all performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in Ireland only. The budget for this project is 50,000 EUR. Bidders must submit any questions no later than July 3, 2026, and the agency requires final responses to be submitted digitally via email or online by the deadline of July 10, 2026.
