Organization Assessment Service

The Town of Kennebunk, Maine is seeking a consultant to conduct an organizational assessment service to evaluate operational requirements and maximize staff efficiency. The agency needs to develop strategies that maintain high-quality service delivery to residents while optimizing overall effectiveness. The selected partner must assist the agency by evaluating operational requirements and identifying internal and external factors that impact efficiency. The scope of work requires the delivery of a detailed Staffing Model Analysis and Organizational Workflow Optimization Plan. This plan must cover a review of all job descriptions, organizational roles, departmental staffing, overtime history, and workload levels by department and position classification. The chosen consultant will also evaluate staffing needs, identify redundancies, assess the town's mission and performance outcomes, evaluate gaps between current performance and operational standards, and identify technology infrastructure and software needs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted entirely offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online submission portal.
