Installation New Traffic Signals Service

The City of Commerce, Colorado is seeking a contractor to provide complete installation services for new traffic signals on Chambers Road. The agency needs to resolve traffic management and safety issues on this corridor by establishing fully functional, modern signal systems. The scope of work covers furnishing and installing mast arm poles, foundations, anchor bolts, and associated hardware, as well as installing traffic and pedestrian signal heads with their mounting hardware. The selected contractor must perform trenching, boring, and the installation of conduit and pull boxes. The project also requires the installation and alignment of vehicle detection systems, specifically utilizing the Iteris Vantage Vector hybrid sensor. Additionally, the contractor must install pedestrian push buttons, Accessible Pedestrian Signal equipment, and handle the programming, timing, and integration of the traffic signal controllers. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite.
