Runaway and Homeless Youth Service

The Dane County Human Services department in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to establish and operate a Runaway and Homeless Youth program. The agency needs to address the vulnerabilities of youth and young adults ages twelve to twenty-one who have run away, are at-risk of running away, are currently homeless, or face an imminent risk of becoming homeless. This target population may include individuals with a history of child welfare or youth justice involvement. The selected provider must deliver services within one of the seven designated youth services regions. The agency requires the program to ground its youth-driven programming in local and regional partnerships, evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies, and data-driven decision making. The performance of this work will take place offsite from the government offices. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract.
