Accountability Court Treatment Service

The Douglas County government authority in Douglasville, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide accountability court treatment services. The agency needs to address substance abuse and mental health challenges among participants in the county's accountability court program. To solve this problem, the selected provider must deliver comprehensive evaluations, substance abuse treatment, and mental health treatment. The scope of work requires eligible substance use disorder counselors to deliver clinical treatment services. Counselors must be available to conduct treatment sessions between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additionally, the provider must perform clinical assessments of new referrals within ten days of referral and refer participants for medically assisted treatment as necessary. The provider will participate as a member of the program team, while the program judge, the court administrator, and the program coordinator retain authority over all final administrative decisions.
