Science Building Infrastructure Upgrades Service

The Westchester Community College, acting as the government authority in Valhalla, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide Phase I of science building infrastructure upgrades. The agency requires these infrastructure improvements to modernize and support its science facilities. All performance of the contract work must occur offsite. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions regarding this procurement no later than July 2, 2026.
