Traffic Management Maintenance Continuing Services

The Reedy Creek Improvement District in Lake Buena Vista, Florida is seeking traffic management maintenance continuing services to ensure the safe and reliable operation of its transportation infrastructure. The agency needs a contractor to provide inspections, planned maintenance, and emergency repairs for the district-wide traffic management system. This system includes traffic signals, emergency and flasher signals, intelligent transportation systems signs, and various traffic management equipment. To solve these maintenance challenges, the agency requires a contractor to maintain on-hand, readily accessible, and sufficiently staffed crews, vehicles, equipment, apparatus, and materials. The selected contractor must perform all work necessary to safely maintain and repair the traffic management system sites within the district. The agency is structuring this opportunity as a one-year contract, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 22, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 30, 2026.
