The Floyd County government authority in Virginia is seeking a vendor to perform general real property services for approximately 15,050 taxable and exempt real estate parcels. The agency requires a complete reassessment of these properties to establish values at one hundred percent of fair market value, in compliance with state law and standard appraisal practices. The selected vendor must conduct physical visits to every single property prior to performing the market value appraisals. The scope of work requires the vendor to capture four distinct photographs of every building, representing each of the four sides of the structure. The vendor must deliver these photographs in a digital format that is fully compatible with the county's existing computer system. Upon completion of the reassessment, the entire market sales analysis will become the sole property of the county.
