Probation Case Management Software

The County is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a secure, cloud-based probation case management software solution for adult and juvenile cases. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing and monitoring probation cases through a modern system that integrates with mobile applications for direct data, document, and image transfers. The selected provider will manage the software implementation, align the system with functional and technical requirements, and transition the County to ongoing support. The scope of work requires a system compatible with multiple computing platforms, mobile devices, and browsers supporting W3C and HTML 5 standards. The software must support current Microsoft Office versions, print-to-pdf functionality, and industry-standard reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Visual Studios. Additionally, the system must print securely through the Nevada Wide Area Network and internet protocol, scale to accommodate twice the users and three times the database size for five years, and offer context-sensitive help alongside up-to-date online PDF manuals and videos. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 10, 2026.
