Protected Anti-Jam Tactical SATCOM Enterprise Mission Management Solution

The United States Government is seeking a protected anti-jam tactical satellite communications enterprise mission management solution. The agency requires capabilities to rapidly develop and provide mission planning and mission management services in support of the Protected Anti-Jam Tactical SATCOM Family of Systems architecture. This solution must span both classified Secret Internet Protocol Router Network and Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network environments. The project covers the creation of an operator mission planning user experience that includes map-based views and guided workflows to reduce operator workload and data entry errors. The selected provider must ensure data formatting, labeling, and compliance with cross-domain requirements. The scope of work also requires coordination with government-operated or contractor-operated network and host systems, mission command and control systems, enterprise mission management platforms, and network management and configuration systems. The agency requires integration with government-defined interface control documents across security domains and the identification and mitigation of risks during transition. The chosen provider must generate configuration files, mission service plans, and key mission packages. The work also entails capturing and publishing required metadata for planning outputs, including provenance, lineage, markings, handling, and descriptors needed for enterprise discovery. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
