The government authority located in New York, NY is seeking independent review and analysis services to provide IT managed services. The agency needs to support its end-user, desktop, server, storage, database, and cloud environments within a Service Level Agreement driven framework. The scope of work covers service desk and request aggregation, end-user computing, Windows and Azure Virtual Desktop, and servers and storage management. The selected vendor must also manage databases, cloud environments on Azure, enterprise services, assets, hardware and software acquisition, security, governance, and continuous improvement and automation.
