The City of Fayetteville, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a turnkey automated red-light camera enforcement program to enhance public safety and reduce traffic-related injuries and fatalities. The program must utilize automated camera technology to monitor, detect, and document red-light violations at selected intersections. The agency requires this system to support end-to-end citation processing in compliance with all applicable laws. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to furnish, install, implement, operate, and maintain the complete system, including all necessary back-office services. These services must include image and video review, access to motor vehicle registration data, quality control, notice issuance, payment processing, and adjudication support. The violation processing system must provide web-enabled access and operations, secure user log-in access, and automatic presentation of captured images and data onto the reviewer's computer. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform the work offsite at the vendor's own office location. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this program. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
