Installation New Traffic Signals Service

The City of Commerce, Colorado is seeking a contractor to provide complete installation services for new traffic signals on Chambers Road. The agency requires the selected vendor to furnish and install mast arm poles, foundations, anchor bolts, and all associated hardware. The scope of work also includes installing traffic signal heads, pedestrian signal heads, mounting hardware, and pedestrian push buttons with Accessible Pedestrian Signal equipment. To support the new infrastructure, the contractor must perform trenching, boring, and the installation of conduit and pull boxes. The project further requires the installation, alignment, and integration of vehicle detection systems, specifically utilizing the Iteris Vantage Vector hybrid sensor. Finally, the contractor must handle the programming, timing, and integration of the traffic signal controllers. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine pricing. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 22, 2026.
