The Town of Peace River, Alberta, is seeking a capable and qualified proponent to lead and facilitate the recruitment and selection of a Director of Infrastructure and Development. The agency needs to solve the challenge of identifying, screening, and securing a qualified executive to fill this critical leadership role. The selected vendor will develop a search strategy and project plan, update the job description, prepare an opportunity profile, and advise on the compensation package. The scope of work requires the vendor to prepare and advertise recruitment materials, respond to candidate inquiries, and receive, assess, and screen all applications. The vendor must also conduct pre-screening interviews, meet with the Town to determine a preferred candidate, and review employment agreement terms to provide recommendations for the final offer. Additionally, the vendor will negotiate job offers and employment conditions, including salary and start dates, on behalf of the Town. Eligible proponents must be onshore organizations located in Canada. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite at the vendor's own office premises. The Town has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
