Managed Care Benchmarking, Strategy and Negotiation Support Services

Harris Health is seeking a vendor to provide managed care benchmarking, strategy, and negotiation support services. The agency needs to strengthen its managed care contracting performance, optimize its reimbursement structures, and align payer agreements with its organizational goals. To solve these challenges, the selected vendor will review current payer contracts, analyze markets and networks, and deliver data-driven pricing strategies. The scope of work covers contract evaluation, reimbursement benchmarking, negotiation strategy development, and active negotiation advisory services. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency is requesting budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of these services. The resulting contract will span a one-year period. The agency will host a pre-bid conference on June 24, 2026, and requires all questions to be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
