Short Duration Training Events for Vocational Rehabilitation Customers

The agency is seeking vendors to provide short duration training events for vocational rehabilitation customers to enhance vocational skills, support employment outcomes, and promote customer independence. Training durations typically range from one to four weeks but may extend up to six months depending on the customer's individualized employment plan. The training solutions must fall into the categories of Pre-Employment Transition Services, Blind, Visually Impaired and Deafblind Services, Neurodevelopmental or Autism services, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, or other related categories. The project covers training services designed to assist customers with disabilities in obtaining the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare them to obtain, retain, or advance in competitive integrated employment or independent living. These services may also prepare customers with the prerequisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to participate in postsecondary education that leads to competitive integrated employment. The selected vendor must provide customers with effective instructional and technical support whether the training is conducted in-person or virtually. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
