Strategic Review Service

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive strategic review service for its program. This review will assess the program as a whole while also examining specific components through a product-specific lens and considering the user industry. The agency needs to solve challenges related to program sustainability, administrative efficiency, and alignment with future goals. The scope of work covers analyzing trends in loss rates and participation, as well as reviewing administrative efficiency and program delivery. The selected vendor must also assess the long-term sustainability of the program, evaluate producer behavior, and determine how well the current program design aligns with the agency's future direction. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Canada. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for pricing proposals from interested bidders. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than July 3, 2026.
