Ireland - National Outdoor Recreation Strategy Services - Budget - 50,000 EUR

The Department of Rural and Community Development in Ireland is seeking a vendor to provide national outdoor recreation strategy services. The agency requires a project team to facilitate the development of a stakeholder-led County Outdoor Recreation Plan. The selected vendor will support the consultation process, review and assess findings from current situations, and agree on strategic priorities, objectives, and action plans for each theme. The project scope covers reviewing and agreeing on a communication and consultation plan, participating in the consultation process, and reviewing drafts of the final plan. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in Ireland. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency has established a budget of 50,000 EUR for this contract. Bidders must submit all clarification questions no later than July 3, 2026. The final deadline for submitting responses, which the agency accepts digitally via email or online, is July 10, 2026.
