Occupational Health Screening and Examination Service

The Wisconsin Department of Justice, located in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive occupational health screening and examination services. The scope of work covers pre-employment health screenings, occupational health screenings, and respirator fitness medical evaluations. The selected vendor must conduct medical examinations and physical fitness evaluations specifically for the use of personal respiratory protective devices. These respirator protection services are required for personnel assigned to high-risk environments, including clandestine laboratories, arson investigation scenes, and tactical operations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted services and performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative.
