Probation Case Management Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a secure, cloud-based probation case management software solution for adult and juvenile cases. The system must support case management, monitoring, and transition to support, while integrating with the Nevada Wide Area Network and internet protocol for secure printing. The software must accommodate multiple browsers, HTML 5 standards, and various computing platforms, including mobile devices with push and pull data capabilities. The agency requires compatibility with Microsoft Office, print-to-pdf functionality, and industry-standard reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Visual Studios. The system must be scalable to accommodate twice the current number of users and three times the database size for at least five years. Users must be able to search, query, and generate reports with graphical representations, supported by up-to-date online PDF manuals, video tutorials, and context-sensitive help. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of the work will be conducted offsite.
