Protected Anti-Jam Tactical SATCOM Enterprise Mission Management Solution

The United States Government is seeking a protected anti-jam tactical SATCOM enterprise mission management solution. The agency needs capabilities to rapidly develop and provide mission planning and mission management services in support of the Protected Anti-Jam Tactical SATCOM Family of Systems architecture. This architecture spans both classified Secret Internet Protocol Router Network and Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network environments. The project covers the delivery of an operator mission planning user experience that includes map-based views and guided workflows to reduce workload and data entry errors. The agency requires data formatting, labeling, and compliance with cross-domain requirements, alongside coordination with government-operated or contractor-operated network and host systems. This coordination extends to mission command and control systems, enterprise mission management platforms, network management and configuration systems, and government-defined interface control documents across security domains. The scope of work also encompasses risk identification and mitigation during transition, the generation of configuration files, mission service plans, and key mission packages. The agency requires the capturing and publishing of required metadata for planning outputs, such as provenance, lineage, markings, handling, and descriptors needed for enterprise discovery. Bidders must perform all work offsite, and eligibility is restricted to United States organizations only.
