The government authority in Ireland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services. The agency needs to secure ongoing support for its operational infrastructure, endpoint management, and security monitoring. This procurement aims to resolve the agency's need for reliable, remote technical support and robust data protection across its entire digital environment. The scope of work covers Service Desk support, remote desktop support for a Windows environment, and managed endpoint patching for feature and security updates. The selected vendor must support corporate mobile devices from Samsung and Apple, and provide a forty-eight-hour break-and-fix support turn-around from the time of a report to the delivery of a replacement endpoint. Additional requirements include Microsoft 365 backups of historical and live data, anti-virus monitoring, alerting, and remediation, as well as Microsoft Defender Suite support, monitoring, remediation, and reporting. The agency also requires new starter and leaver processing, quarterly assessments of infrastructure against recognised security standards, and quarterly service delivery reports. The chosen provider must manage development projects for new technologies and services, and support third-party systems including CodeTwo, Zoho, and ArcGIS. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations located in Ireland. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
