Cloud-Hosted Asset Management Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, cloud-hosted asset management software solution specifically designed for fiber optic network infrastructure. The agency needs to solve the challenge of tracking, managing, and optimizing its network assets, which requires sophisticated features such as asset mapping, maintenance tracking, performance monitoring, and network planning. The selected vendor must also demonstrate the capability to design and build network records, support mobile applications, manage workflows, and enable active network management. The scope of work covers the initial creation and updating of network records, as well as temporary operations where the vendor maintains and operates the software alongside agency staff during the initial deployment phase. This deployment support includes establishing build templates, naming conventions, user logins, and user privileges. Additionally, the vendor must ensure the software and all associated data are fully transferable, and they must define a clear process for requesting base configuration changes to non-user-configurable software components. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally either via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently open to reviewing all budget proposals. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than June 24, 2026.
