RFI for Enterprise AI Governance Administration Platform

The agency is seeking information on enterprise Artificial Intelligence governance administration platforms and related operational governance capabilities. The desired platforms must demonstrate scalable enterprise architecture, AI-native operational design, extensibility, interoperability, and support for cloud and hybrid environments. The agency requires solutions that can evolve alongside rapidly changing AI technologies and regulatory expectations. The scope of work covers administrative governance capabilities, operational runtime governance capabilities, AI security capabilities, and assurance-oriented capabilities. The agency needs these platforms to manage AI inventories, AI security and privacy, AI observability, and AI usage intelligence. Additionally, the requested capabilities must address cost governance, financial accountability, AI security and risk management, governance workflows, policy management, and risk classification. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this request for information no later than June 26, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget and evaluation criteria.
