Ammunition, Logistics, Finance, and Personnel Modernization Services

The United States Army is seeking ammunition, logistics, finance, and personnel modernization services to achieve real-time tracking, robust supply chain resilience, and continuous combat readiness from the strategic support area to the tactical edge. The agency requires solutions that perform both non-transactional functions, such as data analytics and executive dashboards, and transactional functions that integrate seamlessly with current Enterprise Resource Planning systems. The ultimate goals of this modernization are to improve logistical supportability, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making for all echelons. The scope of work covers budget execution, standard chart of accounts visibility, program, budget and execution workflows, automated financial close and accruals, robust funds control, and end-to-end process integration. The agency restricts development to approved platforms, specifically Appian, Army Vantage, Palantir, PowerApps, Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow. The final solutions must be hosted within or directly connected to the cArmy 2.0 cloud environment, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
