RFI for Automated Internal Billing Tool

The agency is seeking information to identify automated internal billing, provisioning, and chargeback solutions for enterprise storage services. The project aims to establish scalable, integrated approaches that support sustainable cost recovery and automate approval workflows associated with service requests. The desired system must automate billing and chargeback processes with improved accuracy and consistency while providing a user-friendly portal for requesting additional storage across multiple platforms. The scope of work covers the integration of the billing tool with existing financial and human capital management systems, specifically PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM 9.2). The agency requires available solutions and architectures that automate service requests, approvals, provisioning, and billing. The system must also deliver standardized reporting, dashboards, notifications, and audit trails, including audit logs of all storage requests, approvals, and provisioning, to support compliance and financial transparency. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Respondents must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget details.
