Grant Management System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive grant management system to improve operational efficiency, data centralization, and data integrity. This system must enable compliance, audit readiness, and improved reporting and transparency across all operations. The requested solution must support integration capabilities, funding and program setup, application management, award and agreement management, and financial management. The scope of work also covers subrecipient and borrower management, reporting and compliance, security and access, and user account management. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. The contract period for this engagement will span three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the system. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 19, 2026.
