The agency is seeking a vendor to provide social services. The selected provider must supply community meeting space and private office space at each large site, along with Wi-Fi access through a hot spot or building Wi-Fi. Necessary furniture, lockable filing cabinets for client confidentiality, a pin board at each site, and copying and printing facilities for flyers must also be provided. The scope of work requires the vendor to include the repayment of costs for one cell phone and one laptop per full-time equivalent social worker in the fee schedule. Office supplies are limited to what the parties agree upon at contract signing. The agency will grant access to group training sessions where relevant and at the discretion of the executive director, and large-scale copying may be completed offsite at the owner's discretion. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for two years. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on July 9, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 10, 2026.
