Accessibility Management Platform

Ontario Tech University is seeking a modernized, accessible, and scalable accessibility management platform to replace its current ClockWork system. The university needs this solution to support the delivery of accommodated exams and student support services, which will improve the student experience, reduce administrative overhead, and ensure compliance with accommodation policies and accessibility legislation. The platform must provide an integrated portal for students, faculty, and Test Centre staff to manage the end-to-end workflow of test and exam accommodations. The scope of work requires a centralized, digital platform that manages student accommodation requests, approvals, and communications. The system must enable real-time updates, error-free scheduling, better data visibility, and streamlined communications, including customizable workflows and the ability to view a client's prior contacts with team members. The platform must also support portal messaging, student course calendars, multiple staff calendars by day or week, real-time booking overviews, and a workflow allowing students to request time modifications after booking. Integration with existing systems is required, preferably with Banner SaaS through Ethos and Banner APIs. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The university is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and additional payment is required to obtain the main request for proposals document from the contracting authority.
