Corporate Financial Systems Support and Maintenance Services

The Yukon Government is seeking corporate financial systems support and maintenance services to manage its custom systems and peripheral applications. The agency needs technical and functional support to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain several systems connected to its main accounting system. These systems include a custom web-based application for service contracts, transfer payment agreements, and purchase requisitions, as well as programming software for processing files and producing ad-hoc reports. The scope of work also covers a custom-built financial reporting application and data extract system used by the majority of agency staff to generate financial reports. Additionally, the agency requires support for electronic data posting systems that reduce data entry duplication, and systems used to look up financial signing authorities. The selected provider must support add-on software, such as Windows Scheduler running Perl and Python scripts, which are critical for job scheduling, nightly general ledger transactions, and accounts payable payments processing. Integration tasks include connecting external department systems and existing corporate financial systems with public-facing systems. The agency limits eligibility to Canadian organizations, and the performance of the work must take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online for a contract period of one year, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals.
