RFI for Person Reported Measures Solution

The issuing agency is seeking information on a secure, scalable, and accessible digital person-reported measures solution to enable standardized, real-time, and retrospective data collection across diverse care settings. This initiative aims to align with a vision for advancing a coordinated, province-wide approach to collecting person-reported measures. The agency requires a platform that reduces access barriers across diverse populations, which includes providing multilingual support beyond English and French. The requested scope of work covers a solution that supports real-time feedback capture during care episodes and real-time analytics. These analytical capabilities must include longitudinal trend analysis, cross-site comparisons, and analysis of qualitative or open-text responses. The agency also requires the solution to include artificial intelligence-driven insights, predictive analytics, or other advanced analytical capabilities. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations located in Canada only. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and respondents can submit their digital responses via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and all questions regarding this request for information must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
