The agency is seeking newborn screening, laboratory information management system (LIMS), maintenance, and support services. The agency requires a modern, scalable, and cloud- or hybrid-hosted commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. This system must solve the need for continuous operations by providing a failover solution to prevent data loss and operational disruption if a key system goes down. The scope of work covers a system design that supports secure offline data entry with automatic synchronization and phased expansion for new conditions, mobile modules, and predictive analytics. The system must also support seamless integration across all modules to ensure efficient workflow management and uninterrupted data flow. The hosting solution must clearly define the infrastructure, security framework, data flow, system integrations, and system components. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of five years.
