RFI for Education Command Information Technology Support Services

The United States government authority located in Quantico, Virginia, is seeking information technology support services for its education command. The agency requires a vendor to provide network and system support, cybersecurity and information security support, and audiovisual and video teleconferencing support. Additionally, the agency needs helpdesk operations capable of responding to urgent tickets within one hour and standard tickets within twenty-four hours, while resolving an estimated 2,400 helpdesk tickets annually.
