Rural Community Health Integration Services

The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide rural community health integration services to enhance healthcare delivery, coordination, and outcomes in rural areas. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency prohibits the use of funds for clinician salaries or workforce development initiatives where the clinicians or initiative beneficiaries are subject to a noncompete agreement. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this five-year contract period.
