Motor Vehicle Accident and Workers’ Compensation Billing and Collection Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide motor vehicle accident and workers’ compensation billing and collection services. This initiative supports the agency's medicine division in obtaining reimbursement from motor vehicle accident and workers’ compensation payers for both hospital and professional claims. The agency does not currently work with an outside party for these services but is interested in learning how vendors support other integrated health systems in the state, whether through a Day 1 outsourcing arrangement or another model. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to submit claims, follow up with payers, and appeal denials for both motor vehicle accident and workers’ compensation claims. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore, United States organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 26, 2026.
